Getting to the venue

The conference will be held at the University of Copenhagen – South Campus, located in the Amager district. It’s easily accessible by public transport:

Metro: Take the M1 line to Islands Brygge station. From there, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the campus.

Bus: Several bus lines also stop nearby, including lines 33 and 5C.

Biking: Copenhagen is one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world! You’ll find city bikes for rent all around the city (look out for services like Donkey Republic).

Transportation to and from the airport

Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is just 15 minutes away from the city center by metro or train.

Metro: The M2 line runs directly from the airport to central Copenhagen. It’s fast, reliable, and departs every few minutes.

Train: Regional trains also connect the airport to Copenhagen Central Station (Hovedbanegården), where you can transfer to buses, the metro, or a taxi.

Taxi: Taxis are readily available outside the arrivals hall. A ride to the city center typically takes 20–25 minutes, depending on traffic.

Getting Around Copenhagen

Copenhagen’s public transport system is reliable, clean, and easy to use. You can travel seamlessly using metro, buses, and trains with a Rejsekort, a City Pass, or by purchasing tickets via the DOT app.

Biking is also a great option – safe bike lanes are available throughout the city, and many rental services offer hourly or daily rates.

If you have any questions about your stay, feel free to contact the organizing team. We’re looking forward to seeing you in Copenhagen!
