Any cancellation of registration must be notified by email to audrey.camiade [a] ubordeaux [.] fr at least 12 days prior to the start date of the scientific event. After this deadline, registration fees will not be refunded. If any outstanding registration fees remain unpaid at the time of cancellation, they will remain due.
The University will process any applicable refunds after the scientific event has taken place.
No refund will be issued in the event that a participant fails to attend the congress without prior notification of cancellation.
No refund requests will be accepted after the congress, except in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to: hospitalization, serious accident, or the death of the participant, their spouse or partner, parents, children, siblings, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law; fire, explosion, theft, water damage, or a natural disaster causing significant damage to the participant’s primary residence, secondary residence, or business owned and managed by the participant, provided that the event occurs before the participant’s departure and their presence at the affected location is strictly required.
