For symposia ! (new format) submission HERE

A new session format will be introduced at SoA 2026 in the form of 2 Symposia. Each symposium will last 1h15 and should consist of a 10-minute introduction, three 15-minute presentations, and a 20-minute discussion chaired by the organizers.

Symposia can be submitted to the SoA board on any topic relevant to science of aphasia via the submission page by the 30 of March 2026.

To submit a symposium you must be able to gather 3-4 persons who will be able to present on the same topic in a coherent or challenging way. Symposium proposals should be submitted by the coordinator of the symposia in a UNIQUE DOCUMENT (see attached template) and include a short Introduction to the Topic and the way it will be addressed, followed by a structured abstract  for each contribution.

We are pleased to announce that the conference fees will be offered to the speakers of the selected symposia.
