– The next Science of Aphasia conference will be held in Bordeaux from Tuesday the 22nd of September to Friday the 25th of September 2026. More information on the programme will follow on our website at the beginning of next year.
– The scientific committee of the Science of Aphasia conferences invites colleagues to apply for membership of the Programme committee of the Science of Aphasia or for the scientific committee. In the attached document the governance structure and regulations of Science of Aphasia are described.
Colleagues who are interested in one of the memberships are asked to send in a short motivation (max. 1 page) and a CV to the chair of the scientific committee of SoA, Roel Jonkers (r.jonkers [a] rug[.]nl) before the 15th of December 2025. In case you would like to have more information on the membership roles, you can contact Roel Jonkers as well.
– Like in earlier years, the abstracts of the Science of Aphasia conference 2025 have been published in the Dutch Open Access Journal Stem-, Spraak- en Taalpathologie (Voice, Speech and Language pathology). They can be accessed via: https://doi.org/10.21827/32.8310/2025-SA (under PDF)
